We pride ourselves on offering fully comprehensive yoga teacher trainings that incorporates all aspects of the practice of yoga from Hatha, Astanga and Kundalini, to Vinyasa Flow. We focus on the deeper aspects of the practice; this is NOT just asana. Meditation, Pranayama, Mudra & Mantra are of primary focus as well as Anatomy & Physiology as it pertains to both the physical & energetic body to deepen and fine tune our student’s personal practice first. Time and time again we have witnessed our students naturally bring the depth of this knowledge forth when they make the transition to yoga teacher. We aspire to teach our students how to move from a feeling space, anchored in the wisdom of the heart, which for us is what this practice is all about.
